Student Services at Bramson ORT College

At Bramson ORT College, we've made it our priority to assist our students with all aspects of their college career in order to bring them the most rewarding and successful experience possible. In order to help our students excel in all areas of their education as well as post graduation endeavors, we've put together a variety of student services that are solely dedicated to helping them succeed. See below for a list of some of the student services we currently offer:
  • Academic Advisement
  • Career Services
  • Testing Center
  • Tutoring Center
Within each of these services, we have a dedicated team of staff members whose main goal is to find students the solutions they need in the areas they inquire about. For example, students who need assistance with their homework or class assignments can find a team of qualified tutors in the tutoring center who are ready and willing to provide additional support for a variety of subjects. Additionally, students who are struggling with their resume can find a home in our career services center, where our team of experienced resume writers can help you figure out what you need to include in order to land an interview.

And don't forget about our internship program! At Bramson ORT College, most of our programs require that students participate in a hands on internship where they can get real world experiences in their field. If you're having trouble finding one or aren't sure where to look, we've got you covered! Our team will place you in an internship that will give you exactly what you need.

For more information on our student services, please visit us on our website or contact us at (718) 261-5800 or (718) 259-5300 today!

Scholarship Opportunities For Bramson ORT College Students

As the cost of college continues to rise, it's likely that you're looking for supplemental financial aid opportunities to help you pay off your education. Whether it be through federal or state financial aid programs or by means of a scholarship, every bit counts when it comes to holding a remaining balance of $0.00 at the end of every semester.

At Bramson ORT College, we understand that it can be difficult for students to cover the cost of their college tuition. That's why we participate in several scholarship programs that our students can take advantage of! The following are two scholarships that we currently invite students to apply for:

How To Have A Successful Start To The Semester

Are you a first time college student that recently completed their first day of classes? In honor of opening our doors to all students this past Sunday, October 5, for the first day of the fall semester, we would like to offer some tips to help you have a successful start to the semester! See below:
  1. First impressions matter! Whether you're in a class with 20 students or 200 students, your professor will be analyzing how you present yourself at the start of the semester. To make a lasting impression, we recommend arriving early, paying close attention and participating as much as possible.
  2. Know your schedule before you arrive to school. It's always better to be early, so plan accordingly to battle the parking lot traffic that may ensue and give yourself adequate time to find your classroom.
  3. Always come prepared. Students often assume that they won't need to take notes or participate in a formal lesson during the first few days, but it's always a good idea to have a pen and paper just in case.
If this is your first semester with us, we encourage you to stop by one of our offices to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about the transition into the new school year when you arrive.

And just a reminder! Registration for fall classes is open until Sunday, October 12, so be sure to register as soon as possible to solidify your spot in the classes you need. For more information on registration, visit us at www.bramsonort.edu or contact us at (718) 261-5800 for our Queens campus or (718) 259-5300 for our Brooklyn campus today!
