Scholarships at Bramson ORT College!

At Bramson ORT College, we want to make a student's college experience as easy and exciting as possible. Since one of the hardest parts of enrolling in college courses is finding a way to cover the cost, we award scholarships to students that register for upcoming semesters to reduce the amount of money that must come out of their pocket!

For a limited time only, we are happy to announce that qualified students registering for the Fall 2014 semester are eligible to participate in our $500 scholarship lottery. It's easy! Once you've applied to the Admissions Office, all we require students to do is enroll and register to a program. After registering, students will receive a confirmation of their scholarship, courtesy of Bramson ORT College.

It's no surprise that college costs are rising with each academic year, and as a result, students are overwhelmed with the stress of student loans now more than ever. Since tuition is unavoidable, many students rely on scholarships and financial aid services to help them cover the cost of their college career. 

At Bramson ORT College, we understand that the process of applying for financial aid can be intimidating since you are dealing with such a large sum of money. That's why we've compiled a list of some of the top financial aid FAQs to help you get started!

Q: Where do I begin?

A: The best way to apply for federal financial aid is by filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, otherwise known as FAFSA, at www.fafsa.ed.gov. In order to begin, you will need a copy of your parents' and/or your most recent federal tax return and the Bramson ORT College code number - 104662.

Q: When do I apply?

A: The sooner you file for financial aid the better. This will help you determine if and when you will have to cover any additional costs before payments are due.

Q: Am I eligible for financial aid?

A: You are eligible to apply for financial aid if you are a U.S citizen or eligible non-citizen, enrolled full-time (for most financial aid programs), are not in default on a previous student loan or do not owe a refund on previously received financial aid, and have not been convicted of possessing or selling illegal drugs while receiving financial aid.

Q: What state and federal financial aid programs are available?

A: There are many financial aid opportunities for students, such as Federal Pell Grants, FSEOG, Federal Work Study, Federal Subsidized/Unsubsidized Direct Loans and the Tuition Assistance Program. For more financial aid programs, click here.
